**Pure Group are a growing business with a great team and currently have an exciting vacancy for a trainee looking to develop their multi-trade experience with our Property Services Team.**

**You will work alongside the Property Maintenance engineer, labouring and learning multiple trades, including building, carpentry, plumbing as you work.**

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to and work hands on in a mix of high-end domestic properties as well as commercial premises. Our work is generally located within a 75 mile radius of Milton Keynes.**

Your primary role will be supporting our experienced engineers, working with them to deliver a wide range of jobs, learning as you support. As time progresses and as your skills develop, you will begin to work autonomously at least part of the time. You will still work with experienced engineers on more complex or larger jobs to continue learning.

We are looking for an individual who
- is keen to develop multi-trade experience and skills
- demonstrates an awareness and focus on health and safety working practices, including manual handling, risk assessments and maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working space
- understands the importance of ensuring a professional and tidy work space
- has some experience in using hand and power tools
- takes a proactive approach to understanding the requirements of a job, anticipating next steps for the engineer to work at pace
- learns by doing, can listen to instructions and complete tasks, flagging where they have any concerns or questions
- recognises and fulfils the important administrative tasks associated with each job to ensure accurate quoting and invoicing and that records of each job are kept.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, both in the work you undertake, how you present yourself and how you leave work areas clean and tidy at the end of a job
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Understanding of the administrative side of the job, understanding that the job isn’t done until work sheets are completed
