We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Contact Centre Operative** to join our contact centre team in **Poole.** You will join us on a **full-time, temporary maternity cover basis **and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits**.
**About the role**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and would welcome the challenge of delivering your own targets within a close-knit team?
Previous call centre experience is desirable but if you have a confident and friendly telephone manner and great attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, Satuday 1 in 4 rota 8.00 am - 1.00pm.
**Responsibilities as our** **Contact Centre Operative **will include**:
- Answering all incoming calls following Breeze’s process
- Booking routine service and repair jobs
- Making outbound calls booking in service/repairs in line with CFA & VHC
- Listening and identifying customers problems
- Providing accurate information in a clear and professional manner
- Using your initiative to resolve customer enquiries
- Capturing customer data in line with GDPR and updating Breeze on all systems
**What we’re looking for in our Contact Centre Operative**:
- Experience in a similar role. Alternatively, training will be given
- Possess good knowledge with the ability to answer customer queries
- Computer skills essential
- Knowledge of Keyloop is desirable, although training will be given
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Flexibility to work outside contracted hours to meet customer and business needs
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
