We're recruiting **part time** Telephone Support team members to make outgoing telephone calls to existing patients of our healthcare practices in order to arrange appointments amongst existing patients.
Working from our office in Idle, near Apperley Bridge, we offer part time positions in a pleasant, informal but professional working environment.
Our working hours between 9.30am and 7pm and are totally flexible to suit you, to enable a great work/life balance.
You'll be making contact with existing patients of our healthcare practice clients and you'll be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, be mature, articulate, professional and extremely personable on the phone.
Experience of working on the phone in a professional capacity (either, telemarketing, market research, customer service, receptionist) is essential. **Please note: This position is not a sales role.**
We're a small, busy team and we're committed to delivering for our clients in the healthcare sector.
Rate of pay is £11.50 per hour with 20 days holiday pro rata.
