Laing O'Rourke are currently recruiting for a Change Management Lead to join the Ellison Institute of Technology, in Oxford.

This is a role sitting within the Senior Leadership team, an integral part of the projects' success.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Management of change both internally and externally raised.
- Management of the Change Management Software
- Key reviewer of change raised
- Allocation of roles within the LOR team and supply chain to compile/assess the change
- Compilation of the change response - Technical, Programme and Commercial
- Weekly review of the status of change with the LOR project exec
- Weekly review of the status of change with the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
- Change management communication with the project exec and the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
- Agreement of change with the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified in relevant discipline (Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management / Civil Engineering / Construction Management)
- Extensive experience managing Change process
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Client facing
