Wellness One Healthstyle is Hiring: Spa Assistant - Part-Time (3 days a week)

Wellness One Healthstyle is seeking a committed individual to join our team as a Part-Time Spa Assistant.

As a Spa Assistant at Wellness One Healthstyle, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless spa experience for our valued clients. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to our mission of promoting wellness and self-care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist clients with check-ins, scheduling appointments, and answering any queries
- Maintain a clean and organised spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies, ensuring they are stocked and presentable at all times
- Support the spa team in delivering high-quality treatments and services
- Handle client payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests
- Uphold spa policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness centre
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 3 days a week
- Passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the importance of self-care
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
- Self-motivated and a team player

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.15-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
