- 63623A global multidisciplinary creative agency is looking for a Midweight Designer to join their London team. With over 125 people based in London and New York, the agency work across communication, strategy, activations, and design for some of the world’s biggest brands including Coca Cola, Reckitt and Danone.

Joining as part of their busy creative studio, you’ll provide day-to-day creative delivery of reports and pitch decks. Under the direction of more senior creative members of the team you will be expected to make a positive contribution to the creative culture of the business, demonstrating ambition and appetite to develop your creative skills and the ability to manage your own creative projects where appropriate.

Main duties of role:

- Working closely with their creative, client service and production teams to exceed client expectations, helping to deliver high quality creative work across sustainability reports, general corporate comms, presentation decks etc.
- Receiving and understanding creative briefs and demonstrating the ability to probe these and filter creative work based on the key objectives of the client.
- Generating a breadth of high-quality thinking that provides our business with fresh ideas and reference points.
- Developing solid working relationships showing confidence in collaborating with colleagues to reach the best solutions for clients.
- Understanding the company’s quality management and file management systems
and employ a methodical approach to archive management and file organization.
- Providing support to the creative team, helping to support more senior team members and ‘buddy’ the junior level.

This role requires a Graphic Designer who has strong and demonstrable experience working on corporate reports. Having said that, an integrated designer with a passion or interest in motion/ animation would be beneficial to work on projects in the wider business.

The team operate a hybrid model with an average of 2 days a week in the office.
