**Purpose of Role**

To aid the Director of Business Development and Policy in ensuring that the organisation is a leading brand within Scotland's consumer advice sector.

**Major Tasks**
- To review all internal aspects of our consumer customer journey
- Identify and influence external groups and partners
- Prepare and brief colleagues and departments as required
- Professionalism, integrity and accountability at all times
- Undertake training of staff as required
- Take an active part in media promotions for our consumer service
- Analyse our data to identify patterns and trends
- Respond to consumer-related consultations
- Prepare written briefings and reports for both external and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with our L&D department to influence training content
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
- To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager

Location: Glasgow

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary Band: £31,143 - £36,956

Closing Date - 5pm on 3rd June.
