Receptionist

JDD are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team at our Birmingham office. The successful post holder will provide effective and accurate assistance to the business owners.
The role will involve making sure the office runs smoothly, customer service, processing documentation, supporting the adminstration team, and providing support to other areas of the the business as required.
**Experience required**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and achieve agreed deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and in open conversation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
**Desired experience**
- Experience working for a small business
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate comprehension of English and Mathematics to an excellent level
- Demonstrate the ability to use Office 365 to an excellent level
- Level 2 or above in Business Administration desirable
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
