We are excited to offer a brand new role to the Talent Acquisition team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust; and we are looking for an individual that is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

- Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager on specific onboarding and pastoral care recruitment projects
- Will support with building relationships and networks internal to the Trust and to continually build innovative ways to improve the onboarding experience of new starters, such as helping managers design bespoke induction programmes
- Work closely with different organisations external to the Trust, building strong connections with the local community
- Act as the primary point of contact for new starters requiring pastoral and onboarding support, with support and guidance of wider team where needed.

We’re a large organisation with three hospitals located in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole. We also provide community services in North Lincolnshire. Our 6,500 members of staff care for and support a population of more than 400,000 people.
