The Subject area of Psychology is part of the Directorate of Psychology and Sport. Research conducted by the Psychology group focuses on how individuals think, feel, and act, and how they deal with the challenges they face at an individual, group, or societal level across the lifespan, covering diverse issues such as addictions and alcohol use, visual attention, working memory, mental health, climate change, social media, and political radicalisation.
