The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of call for all regulatory and administration queries. To act as a key interface between departments and teams to collate and share information. With the support of the Regulatory Affairs Manager you will gather, evaluate, and organize technical information and ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies in the markets in which products are launched. Ensuring a regulatory advantage when compliance may be affected, the Regulatory Executive would assess the situation and initiate projects to ensure compliance.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Lead all regulatory administration of REN products to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Includes formulation compliance checks, packaging compliance checks and full claims checks.
- Lead new artwork generation and approval both internally across functions and externally to ensure fully compliance of REN claims and artworks.
- Lead for regulatory queries on formulation and pack for REN Clean Skincare, both internally and externally.
- Gather, evaluate, organize and manage information in a variety of formats from a variety of sources, including suppliers and regulatory authorities.
- Create and update Product Information Files on time and in full, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Create and collate registration documents for international markets on time and in full, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain ingredient monitoring and keep up to date with upcoming regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintain Master data documentation specific to the R&D Team
- Be the interface between the brand and the safety assessor agency. Ensuring that safety assessments are completed on time and to the REN standard.

**What we are looking for**:

- A scientific degree either in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry or Cosmetic Sciences or otherwise related to the Cosmetic Regulatory field.
- Experience of leading projects within a commercial Cosmetics business
- Understanding of cosmetic regulations within different key markets or willingness to learn quickly.
- Able to analyse a large amount of data and then translate into a clear actionable roadmap to delivery.
- Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work with ambiguity in an entrepreneurial, small-team with the desire to go above and beyond the job role when necessary.
- Ability to constructively challenge the normal way of thinking and strive for better solutions for both our skin and our planet.
- Passion for skincare and a belief in REN Clean Skincare.
- Positive and proactive attitude, especially when taking on new challenges.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a high-pressured environment.
