Exciting Global Senior Business Director role for an array of Clients - FMCG / tech / entertainment where your strong leadership skills and strategic superpowers will come into play whilst talking to the senior folks in at Client side, in Zenith and Publicisin multiple markets and leading the Team to greatness.

We are looking for a highly strategic and visionary business leader to lead some of most dynamic and fast-growing Clients and businesses across our network and around the globe.

**Multi market and multi-channel strategic leadership**
- You will not only be working with our best and brightest in Zenith WW and our local markets, but the tech and entrainment industry’s rising stars. These Clients have a start-up mentality and appreciate someone who can think on their feet, make sound recommendationsfor both brand building and tactical campaigns and who has an appetite for experimentation and innovation (given the nature of the Client’s business).
- A global mindset as well as an appreciation for local nuances is critical - we want someone who can think big but is also able to roll up their sleeves if needed to help the entire team deliver against the brand’s ambitions.
- We want someone who is not just knowledgeable but speaks/writes credibly and persuasively.
- The GSBD is expected to be an excellent and credible presenter in critical, senior stakeholder meetings.

**Qualifications**

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing relationships with the most senior clients through a deep understanding of the brand; becoming a trusted advisor
- Taking the conversation 'upstream’: develop new mutually advantageous approaches that build clients’ brands and leading the client to better decisions about how they use media.
- Lead, Manage and galvanized a united Global Client team
- Manage team across the Top 15-20 markets globally. Set the vision and build a culture of winning. Create a leadership team of expert and grow talents.
- Driving growth, identifying business opportunities thanks to a perfect understanding of your Client.
- Delivering the "Power of One": embrace & implement the Groupe vision of growing our clients’ business through the interaction of creativity, technology and data.

**Integrated Vision with strong Digital expertise**

A broad understanding of the communication world and all the media channels, digitally savvy with depth of experience with clients that have sophisticated approaches to digital and understanding of how to use data to inform creative, media and commerce choices.

Action oriented and full of energy for challenges, not fearful or acting with a minimum of planning; seize opportunities and is very change oriented; steadfastly pushes self and other for results.

**International Experience**

Track record of leading global brands. A proven collaborator within a global business, who can coordinate and influence a collective team-based client relationship across complex matrix structures, organisations and different cultures, both internally andexternally, and manage significant stakeholders and key industry relationships

**Relationships and Teamwork**

A team player, fair with people, who leads by example and encourage collaborations; Can quickly find common ground and solve problems for the good of all. A bridge builder and not a kingdom maker. Not afraid of hard work or getting down into the weeds withworking teams.

**Success Criteria**:

- Has led global accounts with a multi-market experience
- Has worked in a matrixed environment and is comfortable navigating complex structures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal leaders
- Emotional maturity, resilience and able to inspire the team above, below and around him
- Proven track record of building relationship with C-Suite
- Expert knowledge and strategic thinking to offer a strong point of view direction of marketing and media landscape
