Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Brackmills, Northamptonshire

**Salary**: From £20,000 pa DoE

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent
This isnt your ordinary Customer Service role. My client has a large existing footprint and brand recognition within their sector in the United States and is now looking to branch out to the UK.
Whist the main objective of the role is as a Customer Service Representative, the potential to grow within the business is massive. Roles like this dont often come around and the potential for growth should certainly be held in high regard.
The most successful representatives have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve challenges in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, he or she will be integral to reinforcingour reputation for exceptional customer service.
Objectives of this Role
- Identify and address customer/ stylist needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
- Meet customer service department KPI and SLA targets.
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under mínimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services
- Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with customer/ stylist by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships.
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer/ Stylist inquiries regarding orders, comp plan, complaints, product returns, and tracking orders.
- Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services and seizing opportunities to sell products.
- Maintain daily recordings, and log and document issues and resolutions in an electronic database for sales and executive management teams to review.
- Answers customer support messages via telephone or Web promptly to enhance the customer service experience.
- Quickly learns the functions of the system to log in and respond to customer complaints.
- Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential.
- Works with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customer/Stylist.
- Knowledge of updated company policies and Procedures to address issues such as returns, damage products, wrong delivery, and delayed delivery to inform customers
- Address customer/ Stylist questions about new products, services, promotions on sales.
- Meets regularly with team lead to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience.
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Customer service environment 2 year plus
- Experience in Multi-level marketing
- Good level of education including Maths and English (GCSE Grade A*- C) or equivalent or relevant experience.
