Your new role:
**What you’ll do**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and take messages as required
- Receive post/date stamp and scan onto relevant project filing system
- Prepare post every evening
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining of stationery
- Typing of documents/correspondence as required
- Photocopying and scanning as required
- Greet visitors to Reception and make welcome (offer tea, coffee etc)
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the Office Manager
- Help departments with administration duties as and when
- Order catering
- Issue/update door fobs
- Liaison with Aspire
- Dealing with Travel and Accommodation requirements
- Management of visitor car parking bays and meeting rooms
- Various other ad-hoc duties

**What you’ll need**:

- Have previous experience of working in an office environment
- Hold an SVQ relevant to Business Administration
- Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
