Automotive Technical Trainer opportunity.

Are you an experienced vehicle technician passionate about automotive technology and eager to share your knowledge with others?

We're looking for a dynamic independent automotive aftermarket Technical Trainer to join our client's team in Doncaster, offering a competitive salary of £39K - £45K, a 12% bonus, up to 8% pension contributions, 25 days of holiday, life insurance, and more.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and deliver engaging technical training courses both at their Training Centre and regionally.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of our training syllabus and course content.
- Support the planning and execution of the training calendar.
- Represent the company as a technical expert at trade shows, seminars, and other events.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide timely solutions to their queries.

What We Need From You:

- In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle technology, service, and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and repair systems.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials using computer-based programs and software packages (e.g., Zoho, Camtasia, Articulate).
- IT literacy in various Microsoft programs.
- Level 3 Technical Certificate (Automotive Light Vehicle / Passenger Car) and a full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
