This is a fantastic opportunity to join Intertrain, our Rail section of the business, in this permanent full-time administration role. Intertrain was established in 1997 and is the UKs largest commercial railway infrastructure training provider, with training centres across the country.
You will be part of a small team located in our Doncaster office. This is a varied and busy position and will be working within the Compliance Department.
This is a full-time role; Monday - Friday 8am -4.30 pm.
Although previous experience within the rail industry is preferred, it is not essential.

**About The Role**:
This is a varied and busy administrative position. Working as a Compliance Administrator, some of your duties will include:
- To carry out pre-requisite checks prior to each training course commencement
- To assist in the preparation for audits as guided by the Quality / Compliance function and Industry standards
- To help ensure that we are always compliant with our governing bodies
- To participate in regular compliance meetings
- To assist with the management of trainer competencies
- To assist with Data corrections
- To assist in monitoring working hours of Trainers to follow industry guidance
**About You**:
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and team orientated person with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a busy role in which you will learn lots about rail industry.
