**Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a Student Mentor to join the student support team based at Gloucestershire College.**

**The purpose of the role is to support and improve the**
**retention, achievement and progression of our learners. To help learners prepare for their next steps through an inspiring programme of employment preparation, helping students to design personalised programmes that meet their needs and work-related activities and experiences. To help learners evidence progress on personal development skills, attitudes and behaviours as they prepare for their intended destinations**
