Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfilment:

- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfilment speed and accuracy.
- Utilise e-commerce platforms, primarily Shopify, for order processing and printing.
- Collaborate with delivery service tools to generate shipping labels and track orders.
- Attend training sessions to familiarise and excel in using e-commerce and delivery tools.

2. Customer Service:

- Assist customers with order-related questions, product information, and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Seasonal Support:

- Opportunity to work extra paid hours during peak seasons like Christmas and Easter to manage increased order volumes.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments and ensure timely order processing during high-demand periods.

4. Order Tracking and Management:

- Place customer orders and ensure accurate tracking for timely delivery.
- Proactively manage and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays, maintaining customer satisfaction.

5. Website Maintenance:

- Contribute to the quick and accurate addition of new products to the e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all product listings are up-to-date and accurate.

6. Workspace Management:

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to facilitate efficient order processing.
- Follow organisation protocols for workspace cleanliness and safety.

7. Miscellaneous Duties:

- Be flexible to undertake additional tasks as required to support the e-commerce team.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- GCSE or equivalent.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or customer service is a plus.
