Our friendly team in Mere brow are currently looking for creative and enthusiastic Support Workers, due to recent growth and expansion. Autism Initiatives provide a personalised, autism specialist service that makes a positive different to the lives of autistic people.

**Who we are looking for**:
As a Support Worker you will develop a trusting and respectful rapport with people supported at Merebrow. At Autism Initiatives we believe in providing quality support which is personalised to individual health and well-being needs.

We are looking for people who share and demonstrate our values, and who will also be a team player. Experience is not essential, as you will be supported by your team with any training required. With local community trainers on hand throughout your induction you will receive an enriching and informative training programme to gain a wealth of new skills.
