**What you’ll be doing**

As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
