In this role you will ,work within the Home Ownership Service and will be responsible for delivering an excellent management service to all shared ownership and leasehold customers reporting to the Head of Home Sales and Ownership Services.

**Key Duties**

Reply to enquiries to the Home Ownership team, ensuring accurate and detailed responses are given within an acceptable timescale. Follow up on all actions required promptly and efficiently.

Liaise with internal departments of Soha to collate information for residents and to ensure a smooth transition for new residents to living in a Soha property and community and ensure we offer consistent high standards to residents in those communities.

Raise repairs and defects in line with current policy using the reporting system to monitor speed and quality.

Follow the statutory consultation process to ensure works scheduled are undertaken correctly, inspected and charged to residents as promptly and effectively as possible.

Assist with the collection of outstanding rent and service charge payments for Shared Owners and Leaseholders. Including sign posting them to third party financial guidance to minimize resident anxiety with the aim of trying to avoid arrears of more than 6 months on accounts

Improve communication with Shared Owners and Leaseholders on improvements to services and other relevant changes Soha or legislation makes that will affect them. Any communication or consultation to be clearly and simply worded to minimize queries and questions.

Develop methods of simple clear reporting for effective analysis of customer expectations and impacts of all improvements to those expectations to ensure improvements across service.

Respond to and act upon queries and complaints in line with our procedures including resolution of ASB issues where they involve or affect a shared owner or leaseholder.

Complete tasks as specified by the Head of Service or Senior Home Ownership Advisor

Work from the office when required and attend meetings both virtually and in person as requested by Head of Service or Senior Home Ownership Advisor.

Keep accurate records of work using the Action Tracker and other systems

**What you will need**
- Experience of Leasehold or property management with a record of understanding property and management legal contracts, terms and conditions
- Excellent policy and procedure analysis and very good administrative and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of MS Office and good IT skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, liaison and Customer Service skills with a strong desire to offer residents high service standards
- A positive proactive and systematic and thorough approach to problem solving
- Competent and comfortable with managing residents and resolving all management matters including third parties across multi tenure developments
- Extensive experience of working with external companies, agencies, contractors and management companies and agents
- Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team
- A full driving licence

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
