Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser

Location: Maidstone

**Salary**:£20,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 37.50 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays

**Job Description**:
As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be at the forefront of providing essential healthcare services to our community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Engage Patients: Develop excellent customer service skills to ensure every patient feels valued and well-informed about their healthcare needs.

2. Dispensary Operations: Learn and master technical operations within the dispensary, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. This includes medication ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing prescriptions, and managing prescription collection.

3. Adherence to Guidelines: Maintain strict compliance with legal and professional standards, following established protocols and guidelines of professional practice.

4. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Actively collaborate with General Practitioners (GPs) and healthcare teams to promote pharmacy services and products, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

5. Efficient Operations: Strive towards optimising dispensary operations for efficiency, minimising dispensing losses, and ensuring smooth workflow processes.

Qualifications Gained:
