Your Mission as a PharmacyAssistant

As a vital member of our team youwill:

  • Assist in the dispensing ofmedications under the supervision of a pharmacist maintainingmeticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Offer exceptional customer service ensuring all patientsfeel heard supported and valued.
  • Contribute tothe pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficientworkflow.
  • Manage inventory by organisingstocking and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
  • Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptionsmanaging stock levels and handling customer queries.
  • Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacyenvironment.
Who Are We SearchingFor

The ideal candidate willpossess:

  • A foundation of pharmacyknowledge with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in PharmacyServices or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptionalcustomer service skills; displaying warmth empathy andpatience.
  • A keen eye for detail ensuring theaccuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities thriving in a collaborativework setting.
  • Computer literacy comfortablewith learning and utilising various pharmacy softwaresystems.
  • Outstanding communication traitsability to problemsolve and the initiative to adapt quickly in abustling environment.

WorkingHours & Benefits:

This role offers aschedule designed to promote worklife balance with these hours:Monday Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday 8:30amto 3pmSaturday 9am to 1pm. Before applying please ensureavailability for these hours.
