- The team- Talent Pipeline Team - we are trialling a new Team Leader role in our area. Responsible for leading/managing a pipeline of new staff through our Environment Agency career entry schemes. Having an oversight of staff onboarding, mentoring/training and lead our Outreach Programme.
- Experience/skills required Passionate about leading, developing and supporting people.
