We’re looking for an experienced senior PR professional to join us as Group Senior Consumer & Corporate PR Manager.

This is a strategic role that requires a self-starter who can identify opportunities as well as defend, develop and grow brand reputation.

You will need a genuine passion for the brand, who can pride themselves on creative ideation whilst ensuring it ladders back to the business priorities and purpose.

**_Accountabilities and Responsibilities_**
- Able to drive the PR & Corporate PR Plan, ensuring it works in line with business focuses and compliments the overall Marketing strategy.
- You will look to achieve and improve YoY PR targets and generate positive coverage across all product areas and create brand stories aligned to the business narrative across all earned media
- An ambassador for the brand who builds and maintains strong associations with key press and industry contacts, agencies, talent and influencers
- You will also manage and drive motivation and performance of junior team across both consumer and corporate
- Event and campaign management from ideation through to final internal reporting
- Create and drive PR plan driven out of PR strategy ensuring they are in line with Marketing/Brand Strategy and are communicated, and collaborative across wider teams
- Oversee management on PR and brand events
- Work closely with Brand/Marketing, BMD, CSR, SEO & Corporate in house teams
- Great presenter who can take ownership of work channels
- An internal PR ambassador who demonstrates and leads by example on our core values
- Build strong relationships and work closely with external corporate PR agency
- Manage external agencies: SEO, production and event agencies
- Review all external comms across: press releases, briefing documentation and quotes for spokespeople
- Manage annual PR Budget
- Oversee all corporate narrative and brand protection working closely with the Group Senior PR & Communications Lead role
- Support and drive the overall brand comms planning
- Manage and Inspire the team to ensure they are motivated, working to their full potential and continuously growing and developing their skills and contacts
- Management of key suppliers - media monitoring, media analysis, couriers, sample systems
- Communicate coverage wins to the wider business and develop strong internal relationships at a senior level
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal teams (Brand & Marketing /Buying, Merchandising & Design/Styling)
- Working alongside Influencer Manager to amplify influencer activity in press both adhoc and edits etc.
- Support Internal Comms to ensure all relevant content is shared across colleague comms
- Work closely with legal and procurement business partners on contracts across talent and suppliers
- Weekly, Director round up and monthly reporting on PR activity and coverage

**_Technical Knowledge & Experience_**

Excellent communication skills
Minimum 5 years management experience PR/Comms experience in in-house/agency environments
Leadership skills - proven management of at least 3 direct reports
Proven media contacts
Excellent people skills, both internally and externally
An organised self-starter who can work proactively and reactively
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
A resilient attitude and a problem solver, solution focused
