Please note that this a 6-month Secondment, but an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working for one of the UK’s leading Insurance, Wealth and Retirement businesses.

A bit about the role

You will be responsible for facilitating induction training for our new recruits, building their technical skills and capabilities to enable them to provide a market-leading service to our customers. You will also work support our Operational teams by designing and facilitating ongoing training for experienced members of staff.

Skills and experience we’re looking for- Excellent communication and engagement skills.- Strong ability to coach and deliver feedback that will support the development of an individual(s)- Identify and recommend training opportunities through use of data and other insight.- Strong organisational skills and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment as well as being Self-motivated and driven to learn new skills.- Can work and collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating inclusive behaviours, to achieve a common outcome.
