**Description**:
The Disability & Inclusion Administrative Assistant provides centralised administrative support to the Disability & Inclusion Team within Student Services.

As part of Disability & Inclusion you will be required to answer frontline enquiries and refer to relevant parts of the service in a timely manner whilst adhering to strict confidentiality protocols, and as such excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to ensure that the service functions in an efficient and effective manner.

Other duties include minute taking, arranging interdepartmental meetings and record keeping. This is a busy service, and you will be required to have excellent IT and customer service skills, alongside high levels of attention to detail. You will be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) and have relevant experience in an administrative post.

This post is based at the Chester Exton Park campus but you may be required to travel to other campuses and sites.
