Our team is involved in every element of People and Finance activity. That includes payroll, casework, referencing and onboarding, through to billing, paying suppliers, and month end activities. It’s up to us to lead, support and deliver an excellent service across our core processes including M anaging R evenue; P rocurement; P roject and A sset M anagement ; Finance Processes; People Processes.

Our Business Services teams focus on three areas: Systems and Transformation, Service Delivery, and Business Intelligence.

We are currently recruiting for various roles across our People Services team, to support the team on a wide range of administrative tasks to achieve their delivery.

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual who is looking for their first step in their career or for someone who is enthusiastic about administrative work. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects and task across the Business Services function, whilst receiving the necessary training to excel in your role.
- Provide high quality, professional, accurate and consistent administrative support, supporting incoming calls, maintain data updates,and produce documentation.
- Work in close partnership with the wider team, both the Business Services and across the Airport.
- Produce, review and distribute daily, weekly & monthly statistics to drive performance.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve service issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Escalate issues as appropriate, whilst maintaining and updating all knowledge management systems.
- To work in close partnership with the wider team, both the Business Services function and across the business in general.
- Demonstrable experience and/or interest in customer service
- Experience of conducting manual/numerical calculations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Please note that training will be in person at our Glasgow location. Upon completion, you will have flexibility to work from home, however it is necessary that you are able to work from the office minimum 2 days a week.
