LFUK are currently recruiting for a Cleaner our clients team in Speke.

Hours of work 12.30pm -4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Applicants must have previous cleaning experience, with an understanding of COSHH and experience in the safe use of electrical equipment. The successful applicant should be prepared to undertake any necessary training in order to continuously improve their skills.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Mopping and buffing hard floor surfaces.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas.
- Wiping, polishing, dusting of designated areas.
- Spot cleaning of spillages.
- Emptying and cleaning bins.
- Cleaning of toilets and toilet areas and replenishing of paper towels, toilet roll, and other disposables.
- Cleaning of internal glass and internal glass doors.
- To clean designated kitchen areas including any dishes.
- Loading and unloading dishwasher
- Ensure that external rubbish is stored appropriately
- Sweep yards and pick up litter and be responsible for removal of all debris from paths, flowerbeds and all entrances.
- To empty internal communal rubbish bins daily.
- Carrying out minor repairs to property, fixtures, fittings, and equipment which are not beyond the scope of an unskilled handyperson.
- Drawing attention of the appropriate authorities to any repairs.
- Replacing (to a safe height) any bulbs or tubes.
- General porterage and moving of furniture.
- Ensure all refuse is disposed of promptly and stored away from the main building.
- Ensure of clear passage is kept of fire escape routes.
- To monitor stock levels of consumables items and replenish accordingly.

This is a permanent role paying £10.52ph
