**Independent Financial Adviser - Equity Stake in the Business on Offer
- Surrey - £60k + bonus & commissions - Future Head of Advice**
Are you a Financial Planner with an extensive background in private client wealth management? are you looking for a new opportunity in a boutique IFA firm but with the opportunity to step into a more senior position in the business as either Head of Advice,a Directorship position or a successor to the Founding Director when he chooses to retire in a few years’ time.
My client, who I have placed staff with are an independent wealth planning practice with satellite offices across the UK but it has it’s main offices in Surrey. The business has been operating for over 15 years and they have an excellent reputation providingthe highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators, SME owners and families across Surrey, Hampshire and London. The average client has approximately £500k to and is receiving a holistic serviceacross pensions, investments, tax planning, insurance and IHT planning. The advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of administrators and paraplanners as well as a dedicated Compliance Manager.
I am speaking directly to the Founding Director. Following a recent acquisition of a small book of clients, the 3 advisers are very busy at the moment and need to begin servicing the new clients on their books. A new role is being created for a Financial Adviserto manage a portion of those clients, but who can also drum up some new business and convert leads and referrals. The Director is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking adviser who has a few years of advisory experience but still has some fire in the bellyto develop and train to become a leading adviser. My client is looking for an adviser who can stay with the business for the long term and if it is of interest a route to becoming "Head of Advice" in the future.
- Salary: £60k + equity stake in the business (OTE £80K - £100k)
- Office based role with some WFH permitted
- PMI, Pension, 25 days holiday
