Head of Financial Advice - Dorking
We are looking for a Head of Financial Advice for our client based in Dorking. We are looking for someone who will be able to help drive this well-established wealth advisory firm forward on to the next stage of its growth plan. Reporting into the Managing Director, the Head of Financial Advice will be responsible for providing leadership across the Adviser team, developing, and embedding a people centric culture to ensure good outcomes for the clients and the Advisers. You will have deep sector knowledge, and as a thought leader you will be accountable for the advisory division's vision, strategy, performance and delivery of results and will take a lead role in the coordination and collaboration of all divisional resources to evolve the proposition and ensure delivery of financial targets. 
5years+ experience within Wealth Management/Financial Advice leadership
~ An accomplished Senior Management professional with relevant Segment & Sales leadership experience.
~ Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills 
~ Ability to network with key personnel within and outside of the organisation. 
~ Holds other financial services related qualifications, relevant to area of expertise.
