Sales Support/administrator

ijlbrown is a busy quality furniture manufacturer and retailer who is looking for a **Sales Support/Administrator** to join them on a permanent basis. Office and administration experience is critical for this role, which is a full time position (part time may be considered)
**Key Requirements**:
- Excellent office administration skills essential
- Excellent organisational skills are key to this position
- Strong communication skills
- self motivated with a logical mind and keen eye for detail
- production background within manufacturing advantageous but not essential
- knowledge of MRP productions system advantageous
- ability to think laterally and suggest solutions and look at implications
- accuracy
- logical filing and recording of information paramount
**Key Responsibilities**
- to deal with incoming sales enquiries from sales staff and obtain relevant costing from in house production and external suppliers
- communicate sales price to the sales staff
- assist with sales order processing and maintenance
- maintain and updates accurate files and records
- generate sale order job cards ensuring all information is complete and accurate, communicating production times with sales staff
- raise purchase orders for suppliers and update as required
- partake and oversee bi-annual stock takes
Private healthcare with service. Full training will be given.
Salary from £23,000 dependent on experience
40 hours per week 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (no remote working)
