Reporting into the European Head of HR, they are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for performing all HR related duties whilst working closely with the HR team and Managers to provide the best possible support to their employees.This role is available on a 12 month FTC, however there is a strong possibility that this role could go permanent.

The main areas of focus are listed below:

- Recruitment
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Policy implementation
- Employee Relations
- HR System Management
- Full employee life cycle

Key Responsibilities:

- Support on the employee leaver process
- Assist the UK HR Managers with any employee relations, gather data, conduct investigations, reporting etc
- Produce HR related documentation
- Deliver onboarding and induction for new hires
- Support recruitment efforts for all employees, graduates and temporary employees
- Partner closely with the HR team across Europe

You will predominantly based in the office, however there will be some flexibility to work from home. There is parking on site and there may be some trouble involved.

You will ideally come from a HR background with 3+ years' experience with sound knowledge of HR systems. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills and will feel comfortable and confident working in an autonomous role.
