**The Opportunity**:
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping green spaces beautiful? We're seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. As an Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients outdoor areas are well-maintained and inviting for all.

**As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Perform a variety of ground maintenance tasks including mowing, weeding, planting, and litter picking.
- Operate and maintain ground maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily tasks efficiently.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.

**We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Foreman who has the following skills and qualifications**:

- Full UK Driver’s License is Essential
- NVQ and CSCS is Essential
- Experience in Grounds Maintenance is Essential
- Experience in High end sites is Essential

**The Offer**:
