Our client is a nationally recognised Garden Maintenance organisation, who have several exciting openings for a mobile Garden Maintenance Operative role working on very high-end estates, based in Southwest London, West London and Surrey area. Due to growth of the company and gaining prestigious contracts, our client is looking to attract the very best Garden Maintenance Operatives to help support and develop their well-established team of Garden Maintenance Operatives on site, where training and development are offered in abundance.

Working as part of a Garden Maintenance organisation, your duties will be to ensure the delivery of a well-executed, high standard maintenance service, in line with the site's specification.

**As a Garden Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include the following**:
To carry out garden maintenance tasks such as grass mowing, strimming, weeding, planting, grass installation, litter picking, blowing, leafing, pruning, trimming, plant care and general maintenance. As a Garden Maintenance Operative, you will be working in a team on several high-end estate contracts ensuring a high standard of work, delivering the best product possible.

**We are looking for a Garden Maintenance Operative who has the following skills and qualifications**:

- Full UK Driver’s Licence
- Experience of working on high end Estates
- NVQ Level 2 Horticulture

**The Offer**:
