**Job Description: Major Orthopaedic Scrub - Lower Limb (Hips + Knees) (ODP)**:
Are you an experienced Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with a specialty in Major Orthopaedic Scrub, specifically Lower Limb procedures involving Hips and Knees? If so, we have a temporary position available that could be perfect for you.

At Circle Health Group, we are dedicated to providing excellent patient care, and our King's Park Hospital in Stirling, Scotland, is known for its outstanding orthopaedic services. We are currently seeking a skilled ODP to join our team on a temporary basis for a specific period - the start and end date of this assignment is 11/02/2024.

In this role, you will be responsible for scrubbing in and providing expert assistance during major orthopaedic procedures. Your main focus will be on Lower Limb surgeries involving Hips and Knees. As an ODP, you play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, as well as supporting the surgical team throughout the procedure.

Your typical shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 18:00:00. During this time, you will be expected to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in preparing the operating room, setting up equipment, and ensuring that all necessary instruments and supplies are readily available. You will work closely with the surgeon and other members of the team to provide the highest standard of care and maintain a sterile environment.

We understand that your expertise and experience are valuable, and we offer a payment rate of £572.67 per shift. We believe in fair compensation for the hard work and dedication our healthcare professionals bring to the table.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of major orthopaedic procedures, particularly those related to Lower Limb surgeries involving Hips and Knees. You should be proficient in scrubbing and have a good understanding of surgical instruments and equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities in a successful Major Orthopaedic Scrub - Lower Limb ODP.
