COUCH Health is looking for an organised and self-motivated Patient Recruitment Project Executive, to support the patient recruitment team in the delivery of key objectives. This is a varied role with responsibility for administrative support, patient recruitment for clinical trials support, as well overall team support. The Patient Recruitment team is a high-performing team with a clear sense of purpose: to develop long-term partnerships which will improve research participation for a diverse population, conversely contributing advances in health research and support.

For this role, we are looking for people who would like to pursue a career in patient recruitment. To be that person, do you have a background in clinical trials? or may be some one working in a project management role looking to work within clinical trials?

ABOUT THE ROLE

**Key tasks and duties**:

- Support completion of all start-up and project management documentation
- Budget management including but not limited to: Inputting into client invoicing, obtaining vendor quotes and creating task orders
- Input into of creation of artwork, website, digital campaigns and retention item selection
- Support translation process
- Support print and shipping process

Internally, within COUCH Health you will work closely with the following:

- Health research team, notably the Health Engagement Project Manager
- Creative team, notably the design and copy team.
- Digital engagement team, notably the Director of Digital Engagement

Externally to COUCH Health, you will work closely with the following:

- Patient groups in a specific disease area, across multiple countries
- Community groups across multiple countries
- Partners (suppliers) who work with COUCH Health
