We are now looking to expand our Marketing team and are searching for an experienced Marketing Executiveto join our Team based in Newport/ Cardiff.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the regional teams and the Hyperlocal Marketing Manager in planning hyperlocal marketing activities
- Manage pools of data to create segmented cohorts for extraction in use of campaign targeting
- Brief creative designers and coordinate with print suppliers for physical and printed brand touch points.
- Help measure the brand performance, reputation and awareness of our regions.
- Carry out regular competitor analysis of their product launches and public relations activity
- Monitor and measure social media activity and passenger reviews across our digital footprint
- Support the Hyperlocal Marketing Manager to execute our regional marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team and Regional Business Directors to create and execute marketing campaigns across physical, digital and printed collateral to drive our growth plans. (OOH billboards, events, PR, web, app, socials media etc.)
- Support other marketing team members on projects and campaigns across multiple regional brands.
- Support the Hyperlocal Marketing Manager to measure our marketing activities and suggest improvements
- Produce timely reports on passenger experiences, brand reputation, social media activity and passenger reviews to enable the business to understand critical path for continuous improvement.
- Produce regular reports on competitor activity and our own PR activity

**What you’ll need**
- Previous experience in planning, scheduling and executing Social Media advertising across multi platforms
- Enthusiastic and driven personality with a passion for marketing and be a brand champion
- Competent with data evaluation, spreadsheets, and statistical reporting
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with interpreting numbers when making data-driven marketing decisions.
- Comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
- A can-do attitude and the willingness to continue to develop and improve your marketing skills and knowledge
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills
