My client, a leading legal firm in Tunbridge Wells are currently recruiting for a **Receptionist**to join their busy team on a **12 Month Maternity Fixed Term Contract**. The role would see you work in a small team across a 40-hour week with shifts alternating between a 9am - 6pm and a 8am - 5pm week.

You will be responsible for greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, together with operating the switchboard and directing phone calls as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide first class customer service to all visitors and callers
- Keep the reception area, waiting room, meeting rooms and entrance hall tidy and clean at all times.
- Overseeing the on-line booking of meeting rooms
- Accurately recording all visitors to the office on arrival and departure, including provision and return of security passes where applicable
- Experience in a professional services firm (Legal, Accountancy, etc )
- Accustomed to dealing with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and conscientious
