**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify business opportunities in interest rate derivatives and develop client relationships to generate transactions.
- Provide advice and recommendations to clients on interest rate derivatives investment strategies.
- Execute interest rate derivative transactions for clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the risk associated with interest rate derivatives transactions and monitor risk exposures for clients.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform clients of investment opportunities.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and team members to ensure superior service.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure consistent integration and execution of strategies.

**Profile**:

- Relevant experience as an interest rate derivatives broker.
- In-depth knowledge of interest rate derivatives and financial markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Have team spirit and the ability to work in collaboration with other professionals in the company.
