**Job Title: Legal Apprenticeship - Customer Service/Administration**

**Reporting to: Head of Department**

**Department: Vetting/Administration**

**Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list)**
- Carrying out data input
- Vetting clients over the phone
- Dealing with client queries
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Liaising with clients and third parties to cases
- Ensuring closure of files is undertaken in accordance with company procedure
- Processing incoming/outgoing post
- Managing daily task list
- Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected in accordance with the role.

- Health and Safety Award

**Key Competencies**
- Good communication skills and literacy skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good timekeeping
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated to learn
- Good understanding of Data Protection Regulation and Subject Access Requests
- Flexible attitude to work

**Hours of work**

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
