**Job Overview**:
The Recruitment Coordinator sits within the centralised Resourcing team as part of a broader Talent Management function. Working closely with the Recruitment Head and the Resourcing Managers, the Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to a high-volume resourcing team, ensuring vacancies are filled with talented individuals across EMEA. The Recruitment Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Resourcing Function by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the process.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Management of the interview process, to include:
- Process applicant/ interviewee expenses/invoices related recruiting and process employee referral payments
- Manage invoice process, ensuring timely payment
Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Managers to include:
- Ensuring that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites
- Tracking and updating agency Terms & Conditions
General:
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance

**Position Requirements**:
Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous successful team coordination experience
- Demonstrable experience of effectively managing complex administration activity, within a challenging and customer orientated environment
- Experience of working to Service Level Agreements
- Experience of workflow management
**Skills**:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience of using an HR / recruitment system - ideally WorkDay
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to interface comfortably with associates at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Well developed client / customer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
