We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to keep up with the local demand.

Within this role, you will be working as a part of an experienced workshop team, ensuring our vehicles are finished to the highest standard for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
- Booking vehicles into the online diary. (Techman experience desired)
- Plan and organise time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including updating customers whilst their car is in our workshop, handing over vehicles after completion and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
- Invoicing, cash handling and communicating with suppliers to order parts.

**Skills and expertise**
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor in the Motor Industry.
- You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in your work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic Mechanical knowledge is key in this role as you will be working directly with the workshop.
