The role of the **Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Specialist **is responsible for delivering marketing automation excellence and digital campaign execution across the region.

Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager to deliver automated campaigns for the our B2B groups across EMEA, whilst developing working processes to ensure the marketing function can adapt at speed and maximise the performance of all its campaign activities.

In addition to a salary of between £37,900 - £44,500 you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. **What we ask**:
As Marketing Automation Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the design and lead the build of centrally managed digital campaign automation, ensuring we maximise the use of technology without over complicating the build and delivery
- Create master campaign flows in Eloqua
- Produce master segments and data counts from Salesforce or Eloqua
- Ensure KPIs can be reported on by building the necessary controls into the Eloqua campaigns
- Create gates for web/ Eloqua landing pages
- QA and test campaign flow
- Ensuring all best practice processes and the highest quality of delivery are adhered to - Support all Eloqua users in all Countries with Marketing Automation and campaign delivery for our B2B groups - Train and educate Country based Eloqua users, providing supporting documentation and identify additional training needs - Keep MAP Lead informed of any changing requirements or needs within the campaign activation user base - Looking to learn from new techniques or technologies, business casing ideas that will influence the delivery, efficiency and impact of digital campaign effectiveness - Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics for internal stakeholders where required, supporting the local Campaign Activation Specialists - Checking and troubleshooting others’ Eloqua campaign builds before activating - Proactively monitor and optimise campaign journeys across EMEA

**You will need**:
The Marketing Automation Specialist must have previous experience in B2B marketing, campaign design & execution.

Preferable experience of Oracle Eloqua or similar

Understanding of gating / data capture strategies

Knowledge of effective performance marketing techniques for the purpose of improvement of Campaign ROI

Understanding/experience of building workflows / cadences for best inbound and outbound marketing

Identifies and implements automated marketing strategies and programs

Collects, analyzes and uses quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights into consumer preferences, behaviours, patterns and trends and understand perception and drivers of consumer/market dynamics to be used on future EMEA campaigns

Collaborate on direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers

Assist in the development and coordination of local and central marketing programs.
