Assistant Accounts Administrator

**Assistant Administrator in a busy Accounts Office**
**Key Duties**:
- General filing and printing
- Scanning of Purchase Invoices and documents
- Checking Supplier Invoices
- Assisting with raw data processing of the daily Sales onto Excel
- Assisting with processing Invoices onto Sage 50
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Processing and raising Subcontractor Invoices
- Checking Utility Invoices and requesting meter readings for all establishments for updating onto Excel
- May be required to assist with cash handling and ATM management
- Assisting with the undertaking of monthly stock taking at various establishments
- This list is non-exhaustive and there may be other duties required to undertake by the Accounts Department and Managers

- Able to remain calm and solution-focused when working to deadlines
- Methodical, organised, and self-motivated
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Pro-actively identify potential issues and offer solutions
- Clear understanding of data integrity and sensitivity/confidentiality
**Essential Skills and experience**:
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Supporting multiple colleagues to meet agreed deadlines and targets
- Providing information in person, on the phone and by other media
- A competent user of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook). Experience and knowledge of accounting procedures and Sage 50 accounting system is desirable
