Description:
**Wild Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client and play a crucial role in supporting their office operations at a very busy time.**:
**Position Overview**:
As an experienced Administrator, you will be an integral part of the head office team. Your responsibilities will include supporting leadership team, providing exceptional support for clients, managing incoming and outgoing mail, invoicing, managing system accesses for the team etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional telephone support, handling calls courteously and professionally.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information when needed.
- Dealing with invoices. Managing ingoing and out going payments
- Supporting leadership team

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Milton Keynes
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
- 23 days of holiday (raising with service) Job Type: Permanent- Salary: £25,000-£32,000
