Haven are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our
Owners Services / Retail Suppport Team.
The
role is Hybrid, with a 50% split of working from our head office in Hemel
Hempstead (HP2 4YL), working from home & 1 site visit per month. This is a 6 month FTC.
The main purpose of the role is for the Marketing Executive to make our Caravan Owners
feel valued and listened to as part of the owner community at their Haven park
with an aim to support growth of owner advocacy through pro-active
communications.
- Appealing to the two main owner motivations (Holiday vibes & Retreat)
- Haven first engaging content generated centrally to support the park teams
- Focusing on digital first from the moment an owner joins Haven
- Defining & finding opportunities in the new owners welcome journey to ensure they are fully informed about ownership
- Raising

the internal profile and recognising the value and priority of owners, and the
importance of Simply Letting.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating assets to be

used across various platforms from POS to social media
- Co-ordinate the requests from park teams and internally to create materials and assets to be used across various platforms from POS to social media
- Support and guide park teams to ensure content across all channels is engaging and follows the guidelines from research and brand guidelines
- Build strong and trusting relationships with the park teams (OEC & HoEx) to ensure they are fully supported to deliver an exceptional service to park team
- Copy writing for all types of communication to owners from fun to functional
- Working closely with the digital team to ensure the website content is accurate and user friendly
- Support the creation artwork for central campaigns working closely with the campaign manager ensuring artwork is on brand
- Ensure data requests are timely, accurate and fully checked against the database
- Raising POs raised as required
- Supporting on any other ad-hoc requirements

**On a daily basis**:

- Responding to all queries from owner services park teams promptly and

effectively
- Adding and amending content within the CMS
- Working closely with relevant departments to ensure that best practice is

achieved at all times
- Marketing experience in print & digital campaign production
- Campaign management experience
- Copy write & proof reading experience
- Experience in using brand guidelines
- Able to build strong/trust lead relationships with park teams
- Good excel skills
- Ideally qualified to degree level in relevant area or relevant previous marketing roles
