We are currently looking to recruit an conscientious and reliable **Line Leader**to join us on a permanent, **full-time** basis working on the **06.00-14.00 shift**at our **Sales & Distribution division** on site in **Banbury.**
**As a Line Leader, your duties will include**:
- Oversea operatives and packing lines within the packing area- Ensure all packing room operations comply with company policy in matters of health and safety, Good Distribution Practice and standard operating procedures- Ensure the packing lines are set up correctly and ready for shift start, performing hourly checks, record hourly totals and reporting any deviations to the Senior Line Leader- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and maintained correctly using company software systems as appropriate to acquire and record data- Conduct start of shift briefings in the absence of the Senior Line Leader and provide clear end of shift handover
**What we are looking for in our ideal Line Leader**:
- You must have a good standard of English and Maths and be computer literate- You will experience in managing a team in an FMCG production environment- You will be a confident communicator, highly organised, have excellent time-management and prioritisation skills- You will be self-motivated, target driven and focused on achieving results- You must have a good knowledge and understanding of health and safety
