End Of Line Coordinator

Rate of Pay: £12.05/hour
About the Team:
As an End of Line Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation, to cover two assembly lines or one automated line with a team of scale operators, line auditors and palletising team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are running correctly and that errors are minimised through correct process adherence. You will be working to ensure best practices are followed at all times. Guided by our Team Leaders, you’ll be directed to maintain the highest product standards whilst delivering on business KPIs.
You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager
What you will be doing:
- Monitoring errors
- Support the team with the delivery of operational KPI's
- Train and support new starters
- Ensure major issues are reported back to the Shift Manager
- Ensure recipe and line changes are performed efficiently and to the correct standard to ensure the plan is met
- Ownership for errors on the line
- Keep production area clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently

Work Schedule:
Option A - Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Hours: 6:30AM-6:30PM
Option B - Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ad Saturday
Hours: 6:30AM-6:30PM
