We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our client based in the Tipton area.

Duties of the Receptionist/Administrator include:

- Answering incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional but friendly manner
- Directing calls to the relevant staff member
- Maintaining an accurate call log
- Meeting and greeting any visitors, ensuring the visitor book gets completed and that refreshments are offered
- Manage the bookings for meeting rooms
- Ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Take receipt of deliveries
- Manage stationary orders
- Assist with general office administration as required

Good IT skills are essential, along with being well organised with great attention to detail.

You will also need to be enthusiastic in your work, reliable, and able to work without direct supervision.

Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
